KOCHI: Sukanth Suresh, a suspect in the suicide of IB official of Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, has approached the Kerala High Court seeking anticipatory bail. He filed the bail plea from his hiding place. His plea said that he is innocent in the case and that he has no role in her death.
His plea said that he has not misbehaved with her at any stage. He had always interacted with her with love, respect and ensuring her safety. He wanted to marry her.
His love was honest. He also provided full support. He had always accepted her personal likes, dislikes and decisions.
His plea said that he is the one who is badly affected by her death. She had informed her family about the marriage and according to that my parents visited her house. Her family decided to seek the astrologer's opinion.
Her family was not ready to say anything after meeting the astrologer. Moreover, they opposed our relationship. They even asked her to block my mobile number.
However, she decided to be with him. The two who decided to continue their relationship started living together after renting a house near Nedumbassery airport. She was under great pressure from her family forcing her to consider another marriage proposal against her will.
If she had committed suicide, it was due to the mental agony and pressure inflicted upon her by her parents. I lost not only a loving partner, but also someone whom I loved so much. I am deliberately dragged into the shadow of suspicion.
There was no action from my side which made her to take the drastic step. His bail plea said that he is being suspected unnecessarily..
