We tried salsa dancing classes with a highly-rated company in Carmarthenshire

We tried salsa classes with Dancing Fever in Carmarthen for around eight months

I have been doing salsa dancing classes with a company in Carmarthenshire, and it’s been one of my highlights since I moved to Wales. Last July, I decided to sign up with Dancing Fever and started to attend lessons in Carmarthen. After dabbling with Salsa during my time in London, I had an idea of what to expect.

But I can honestly say that Carl and Alex Davies, who run Dancing Fever, are two of the best teachers I have come across. These two are hilarious. Around eight months have gone by since my first lesson and I still don’t know who is crazier.

If you have ever tried salsa dancing before, you will know this is not an easy skill to learn, especially when you are a lead and must constantly think about what steps to do next in a routine. However, it helps when you have fun teachers and a vast majority of people in a class who don’t care if you mess up. The atmosphere is always friendly and I feel like my dancing has gotten a lot better.

It’s just been a pleasant way to spend some of my evenings and has helped to break up the monotony of my week by doing something a bit different. The parties have also allowed me to meet new people and practice my steps on the dancefloor. I still remember originally signing up for the classes in Swansea and then being able to change to Carmarthen so I wouldn’t have to drive so far each week, which was a nice touch too.

This is my personal review of doing salsa classes with Dancing Fever, but you can check out their Facebook page where they have over 80 reviews and an average recommendation ratio of 100%. Furthermore, there are classes throughout the week in locations such as Swansea, Pontardawe, Llanelli and Cardiff so you can pick the one that works best for you..
