Warriors demolish Hancock County 46-6

By Ron Marvel Star Correspondent The Warriors’ offense was clicking Friday night as they dominated Hancock County, extending their regular season winning streak to 11 games. Special teams played a huge role for Happy Valley, with both Tyler Berry and Artie Bahn scoring touchdowns. Berry returned a punt for a 40-yard TD, while Bahn returned a kickoff 85 yards for a score.

The running game also looked like a finely tuned machine as Tyler Bailey, Zach Hicks, and Parker each scored rushing touchdowns. Parker also caught a 64-yard touchdown pass from Gabe McDougald in the rout. The Warriors improved to 4-0 on the season and will host 4-1 South Greene next Friday in a game that could determine the Region 2A District 1 Championship.
