Warning as no trams to run between Bury and Crumpsall during morning rush hour

No trams will be running between Bury and Crumpsall during the morning rush hour on Monday. Transport network, the Bee Network, said work on the Bury line will not be finished until around 10am "due to unforseen circumstances". There will also not be any bus replacement services in operation.

On Sunday night, a Bee Network spokesperson said: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, work on the Bury line will not be completed until approximately 10am on Monday morning. "No tram services will operate between Bury and Crumpsall until the works are completed. "On Monday, no replacement bus services will operate but ticket acceptance will be in place on the following buses: 41, 59, 66, 90, 94, 95, 97, 98, 99, 135, 163, 513 and 524.



"Please note that these services are expected to be busy, so please allow additional time for travel. "We apologise for the inconvenience caused." More information is available on the Bee Network's website.
