March Madness is upon us, with basketball teams across the country vying for their shot at the National Championship. In honor of the bracket-busting craziness to come, we decided to create our own competition: The Post and Courier Burger Brawl. Below, you'll find a list of 32 burgers broken up into four groups based on region.
We want to know which one you think should reign supreme. Options range in price points, location and style, showcasing the range of burgers available in the Lowcountry. Some are served at longtime stalwarts, while others can be found at pop-ups or buzzy newcomers.
Vote each week for your favorite. As burgers advance through the rounds, we will update the polls on March 23, March 28, April 2 and April 5, with the winner declared on April 8. Let the games begin.
