The Qatar Volleyball Federation (QVF) signed a joint co-operation agreement with its Uzbek counterpart in Doha yesterday. The agreement, signed at the Qatar Football Association Headquarters, aims to support youth player development programs, organise joint events and tournaments and exchange expertise between coaches and referees. It also aims to hold training camps twice a year in both countries.
The agreement also includes co-operation in the fields of technical training, the exchange of training curricula and materials and the organisation of courses and seminars in accordance with the standards of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). The agreement was signed by QVF Secretary-General Yousef Ahmed Kano and Secretary-General of the Uzbek federation Farkhod Sharipovich Alimov.
