NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea is actively working on the ground to strengthen its distribution network, which includes expanding retail footprint, as a part of its strategy to enhance customer experience and drive subscriber growth. “In the coming weeks and months, you will see the establishment of new stores, particularly brick-and-mortar ones in larger towns which will cater to our high average revenue per user (ARPU) and high net-worth individual (HNI) customers,” Vodafone Idea Chief Marketing Officer Avneesh Khosla told ETTelecom in an interview. By increasing our presence in key markets, we aim to better serve our target consumers and capitalize on emerging opportunities, he said.
