Vistra prices private offering of $1.25B of senior secured notes

Vistra ( NYSE: VST ) on Tuesday announced the pricing of a private offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amounts of senior secured notes. The offering consist $500M of senior secured notes due 2026 at a price to the public of 99.
