Jelly lovers know that their favourite food is truly unique. With its delicious taste and smooth, springy texture, jelly is the perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. It never disappoints.

Recently, a chef who specializes in wedding cakes took her love for jelly to the next level by creating a nine-tiered wedding cake entirely made of jelly. In an Instagram reel, the chef demonstrated her method of layering jelly mixture in moulds, stacking them on top of each other to form the cake. After freezing the jelly into shape, she carefully used a knife to create a textured pattern on the cake.

In the caption, the chef explained that the jelly cake's colour changes depending on the sunlight. The darker the night gets, the brighter the cake becomes. She also shared that making and setting up the cake at the wedding venue was quite challenging.

Since it was made of jelly, it required constant cooling to maintain its shape. As for the flavour, the cake was designed as vanilla jelly. The video has taken the internet by storm, surpassing 10 million views on Instagram.

The comments section is flooded with people expressing their admiration for this jelly masterpiece. One user said, "A jelly wedding cake is so amazing. I want to see the details of making more.
