The public has been asked for its views on environmental issues in the Surrey Hills. Surrey Hills National Landscape (SHNL) has launched an online survey to help shape the future of the landscape over the next 75 years. The results will be discussed at a public meeting at the University of Surrey on 13 November and will influence the next Surrey Hills management plan.

The survey covers issues such as environmental pressures, adapting to climate change and enhancing public engagement. The Surrey Hills was designated an Area of Outstanding National Beauty in May 1958, which is now known as a National Landscape. The area covers over a quarter of rural Surrey.
