Mumbai: Mining major Vedanta Group on Monday approved the fourth interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025. The dividend was announced at Rs 8.5 per equity share which amounts to Rs 3,324 crore.
The company made the announcement in this regard in an exchange filing. “The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited at its meeting held today i.e.
Monday, December 16, 2024, has considered and approved the Fourth Interim Dividend of Rs 8.5/- per equity share on face value of Re 1/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs 3,324 crore,” the company said in a statement. As per Vedanta, the interim dividend will be paid to shareholders as on the record date of December 24.
