Ludhiana: The Vigilance Bureau has taken note of the video allegedly showing bribery during panchayat elections in Dakha. The VB headquarters sent the case file to VB Ludhiana Range for investigation. The video shows former sarpanch of Dakha village, Jatinder Singh, confessing to giving bribes to an official to commit irregularities in the counting process.
