Vaso announces termination of business combination with Achari Ventures Holdings Corp. I

Vaso Corporation ( OTCQX:VASO ) Wednesday announced that it has provided notice to SPAC Achari Ventures Holdings Corp. I to terminate the previously announced business combination. The agreement was entered in December in connection with the company's proposed business combination transaction with Achari Ventures Holdings Corp.
