Vadodara industrialist appointed Gujarat CII chairman

Vadodara: Premraj Keshyep , founder and managing director of Conmat Heavy Industries Pvt Ltd, Vadodara, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat State Council for 2025-26. He took charge from the outgoing chairman, Kulin Lalbhai, vice-chairman of Arvind Ltd. Achal Bakeri, founder and managing director of Symphony Ltd, Ahmedabad, has been appointed as the vice-chairman for 2025-26.

The decision was made during the recent annual meeting of the CII Gujarat State Council. The event was attended by key policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from various sectors, who discussed Gujarat's role and requirements in driving India's industrial development, sustainable future, economic growth, and overall improvement in public life..
