Uttarakhand HC okays licence renewal for 6 liquor vends in Rishikesh

The Uttarakhand High Court has criticized the excise commissioner for not renewing liquor licenses of six shops in Rishikesh, citing their proximity to 'holy places,' while other establishments were permitted.
