US man arrested at Los Angeles airport for smuggling meth soaked in over 30 kilograms of clothing

A California man, Raj Matharu, 39, was arrested at LAX for attempting to smuggle methamphetamine to Sydney. He was caught with over one kilogram of the drug concealed within clothing in his checked luggage. The clothes, including a cow onesie, were coated in meth, likely soaked and dried. Matharu was released on bond and faces a court hearing.
