U.S. health officials announce plan to ban artificial dyes from food

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and FDACommissioner Marty Makary announced they'll remove petroleum-based synthetic dyes from the nation's food supply. The dyes are found in popular foods like cereal, candy and soda. NBC News' Vicky Nguyen reports.
