This concert in memory of Betty and Clinton Carter features Florence native Michael Shake. He is currently the director of music and organist at the First Presbyterian Church in New York City. With his return to the Pee Dee, Michael brings a dynamic solo recital played on the amazing organ built by Karl Wilhelm who was faithful to the principles of the 17th and 18th century organ making.
