Jon Jones might have a new challenger in a few months in the form of Paddy Pimblett. Pimblett, who competes in the lightweight division, has never been shy about his weight boost between bouts. During a recent visit to a restaurant called Furusato in his native home of Liverpool, Pimblett took on a new challenge: king of the chicken wing.

“I reckon I can power through with the salt and pepper,” Pimblett says. “That’s my favorite flavor. As provided by his own vlog , Pimblett attempted to set a new record for most chicken wings taken down, which was 37 when he made the decision.



Unbeaten over six UFC appearances, Pimblett is also 1-0 in chicken wing eating contests, setting a new mark at 47. The 29-year-old was with his family during the visit. Pimblett, a former Cage Warriors champion, is coming off a July submission win over King Green that moved his record to 22-3 overall.
