UAE weather forecast: Dusty and windy today, clear skies and rising temperatures expected tomorrow

Dubai is experiencing sunny to partly cloudy skies this afternoon, with temperatures reaching 31°C. The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued an alert for fresh Northwesterly winds blowing at 40 km/h, causing dust and sand to reduce visibility to less than 3000 meters in some coastal and internal areas, particularly westward, until 6 pm today, April 9. The lowest temperature recorded this morning was 14.
