Two people were killed and two were wounded in what Yakima police say was a fight outside a West Nob Hill Boulevard shopping center Friday night. Yakima police were called to the Safeway in the 2200 block of West Nob Hill Boulevard around 6:40 p.m.

Chad Janis said. Police found two people with gunshot wounds who were taken to a local hospital. Janis said it appears that the shooting stemmed from a dispute during a presumed drug deal.
One of the victims got in the suspect's vehicle and a fight broke out, Janis said. He said investigators are still trying to determine if shots were fired in the suspect car, but the person who got in the car got out and was fired at. The killings are among three homicides in the city Friday, with a man being shot to death in the 400 block of Erickson Lane earlier in the day.
The deaths bring the total number of homicides in Yakima to 14, making for a county total of 24 homicides..
