Wednesday. 5A Mountain Home 4, Twin Falls 3 (Game one) The Bruins led 3-0 after four innings before the Tigers rallied with a run in the bottom of the fifth and three runs in the top of the sixth. Maddox Stadelmeir and Ryker Rex had hits and an RBI.
Stadelmeir allowed four runs on four hits and three walks while striking out two in five innings pitched. Cooper Thompson added two hits. Twin Falls 9, Mountain Home 4 (Game two) Thompson and Nolan Lehew each went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
Thompson also scored two runs. Hoyt Murray went 2-for-4. Dalton Carter allowed two runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out five in six innings pitched to earn the win.
Twin Falls (12-6, 3-1 Great Basin Conference) visits Burley for a doubleheader at 12 p.m. and 2 p.
m. Saturday. Minico 4, Jerome 0 (Game one) Spartans senior Jase Murphy allowed two hits and three walks while striking out seven in six 1/3 scoreless innings on the mound.
Dominic Garza went 3-for-3 and scored on a Cody Carlson single in the bottom of the fourth to put Minico on the board. The Spartans added two runs later in the inning when Carlson and Jalyx Guzman scored on the same passed ball. Garza scored on a Will Cofer sacrifice fly in the bottom of the sixth to extend the lead to 4-0.
Caleb Jones recorded both of the Tigers hits. Minico (7-8, 2-1 GBC) visits Jerome (5-9, 0-5 GBC) at 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday. 2A Glenns Ferry 11, Rimrock 1 (Five innings) Pilots hurler William Gydesen allowed one run on two hits and five walks while fanning five in a complete game win. Junior Sanchez went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Peyton Reynolds wnet 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs.
Gabe Muilenberg, Dominic Guerrero and Heath Parsons each added a hit and an RBI. Glenns Ferry (6-4, 2-0 Western Idaho Conference) welcomes Idaho City at 4:30 p.m.

SOFTBALL 5A Twin Falls 17, Minico 2 (Game one, four innings) Lady Bruins junior Bri Holcomb allowed two unearned runs on three hits and three walks while striking out five in a complete game win. Kaitlyn Hudson went 2-for-3 with four RBIs, including a bases-clearing double to end the game.
Libby Torgrimson added a hit and four RBIs. Boise State signee Molly Hodge went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and scored four runs. “I think that honestly the best word to describe it is like a dream.
" Hadley Fowler, Aidaneh Sotelo, Braylin Iverson and Makenzie Hudson each tacked on a hit and an RBI. Minico's Madi Fowler recorded two hits. Twin Falls 15, Minico 5 (Game two, six innings) The Lady Bruins made it two mercy rules in their first two Great Basin Conference games.
Hodge went 4-for-4 and tossed one 2/3 scoreless innings in the circle. Iverson went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and scored three runs. Olivia Thompson finished 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
Fowler added two hits and an RBI. Torgrimson, Makenzie Hudson, Audrey Gourley and Sophia Allgood each logged a hit and an RBI. Minico's Madi Fowler contributed two hits and an RBI and Matthews also finished with two hits.
Twin Falls (5-9, 2-0 GBC) welcomes Burley for a doubleheader at 3 p.m. and 5 p.

Friday. Jerome 7, Canyon Ridge 5 (Game one) Jerome's Emma Allen hit a grand slam as part of a five-run top of the seventh for the Lady Tigers. Sawyer Garrard went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Ellie Helmer recorded two hits.
Abigayl Hinton contributed a hit and an RBI. Briauna Robbinette earned the win, allowing five runs (two earned) on 10 hits and three walks while striking out three in a complete game. Canyon Ridge's Dani Toolson went 4-for-4 with two RBIs and Cale Carpenter added a hit and two RBIs.
She signed her letter of intent Friday to play softball at Highline College in Des Moines, Washington. Canyon Ridge 13, Jerome 12 (Game two) Henley Collins scored on Aubrey Alexander's sacrifice fly for a Riverhawks walkoff win. Both of Canyon Ridge's runs in the bottom of the inning came on sacrifice flies as the Riverhawks earned their first win of the season.
Jerome scored seven runs in the top of the second inning, and Canyon Ridge responded with six runs of its own in the bottom of the frame. The next three innings were scoreless before the runs came fast and furious late. The Riverhawks led 11-10 after six innings, then Jerome scored two runs in the top of the seventh.
Collins went 3-for-4 with four RBIs and Toolson went 3-for-4 with two RBIs. Carpenter added two hits and two RBIs and Ella Clark finished with a hit and two RBIs. Megan Kennedy went 3-for-4.
Jerome's Peyton Thompson went 4-for-4 with an RBI. Helmer logged three hits, including a double and triple and four RBIs. Allen had a hit and three RBIs and Kourtney Harris recorded two hits and an RBI.
Canyon Ridge (1-5, 1-1 GBC) visits Mountain Home for a doubleheader at 3 p.m. and 5 p.

Friday. 3A Wendell 21, Firth 2 (Five innings) The Trojans scored a run in every inning, including seven in the top of the second and the top of the fifth. Macy Bird went 2-for-4 with two RBIs, and allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits while striking out seven in three innings pitched.
Annabelle McRoberts, Audra Bunn and Nayeli Juarez each recorded two hits and an RBI. Breanna Comstock went 2-for-3 with an RBI and struck out five while walking one in two scoreless innings pitched. Jace Olmos added two RBIs and scored three runs.
Wendell (8-3) visits Buhl at 4 p.m. Thursday.
2A Glenns Ferry 22, Rimrock 0 (Five innings) Rimrock had no answer for Peyton Stewart and Taylor Martinez at the plate or in the circle. Stewart went 4-for-5 with six RBIs and walked two while striking out seven in three shutout innings. Martinez went 4-for-5 with four RBIs while striking out all six batters she faced in two scoreless innings.
Sahira Arevalo and Shelby Dickson each hit a home run and added two RBIs. Arevalo also added two hits. Dani Crane and Kassidy Titus each tacked on a hit and an RBI.
Glenns Ferry (8-0, 6-0 WIC) will play Malad at 9:30 a.m. and West Side at 2 p.
