TVS launches Apache RTR 310 at Singapore's Bikers weekend; gets 5 ride modes, smart connectivity features

The 5-inch TFT race display offers smart connectivity features, including GoPro control, music control, voice assistance, turn-by-turn navigation, and telephony. The display is customisable according to rider preferences and supports Bluetooth connectivity to link the bike to a smartphone.

Chennai-based motorcycle manufacturer TVS Motor Company, on Monday, launched the all-new TVS Apache RTR 310 at the National Bikers Weekend in Singapore. This naked sports motorcycle is the latest addition to the Apache series and was unveiled alongside other models from TVS Motor's portfolio, including the Apache RTR 200 4V and the Apache RR 310. The TVS Apache RTR 310 gets its juices through a 312.

2cc reverse-inclined DOHC engine, delivering a maximum power of 35.6 PS and a peak torque of 28.7 Nm.



The homegrown motorcycle manufacturer claims that the new bike can reach 0-60 km/h acceleration in 2.81 seconds. The motorcycle offers five riding modes—Urban, Rain, Sport, Track, and the newly introduced Supermoto mode, which disengages the rear ABS for improved manoeuvrability. The bike's stability and safety systems include Race Tuned Dynamic Stability Control (RT-DSC) with a 6D IMU, which provides cornering ABS, traction control, cruise control, wheelie control, slope-dependent control, and rear lift-off control. Cruise control, a first in this segment, allows riders to maintain speed without using the throttle or clutch.

The Apache RTR 310 also features race-tuned slipper clutch technology, allowing smoother downshifts. Heat management is optimised through an engine coolant jacket and 23 radiator tubes, designed to keep the engine at optimal temperatures even during high-performance riding. Its forward-leaning silhouette and upswept tail contribute to its distinctive streetfighter look. The suspension, tuned by KYB experts, is fully adjustable at both the front and rear.

The bike is fitted with Michelin Road 5 tyres.
