US President Donald Trump is in "excellent health" and "fully fit" to carry out the duties of the presidency, according to a medical memo released by the White House physician following Trump’s annual physical examination. The memo, signed by Dr. Sean Barbabella, summarizes the results of Trump’s physical exam, laboratory tests, and a cognitive assessment.

"President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State," the physician noted. Trump’s weight was listed at 224 pounds, with a height of 6 feet 3 inches. His resting heart rate was recorded at 62 beats per minute and blood pressure at 128/74 mmHg—both within normal ranges.

He also completed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, scoring a perfect 30 out of 30. The White House pointed to his “frequent victories in golf events” as further evidence of his physical vitality. No abnormalities were found in his eyes, ears, nose, throat, or neurological systems.

The physician did, however, note scarring on Trump’s right ear, attributed to the assassination attempt he survived during a rally in Pennsylvania last year. The memo also referenced a colonoscopy performed last summer, which revealed the presence of diverticulitis—a condition involving inflammation of small pouches in the colon wall. While typically asymptomatic, the condition can occasionally cause discomfort or bleeding.
