True North Realty is announced the addition of Christina Shearer as the company's new operations administrator. True North Realty said in a news release that Shearer brings over 21 years of experience in administration and operations, along with a strong commitment to serving others, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Before joining True North Realty, Shearer had a career with the Department of Defense (DOD), where she honed her expertise in organization and leadership.
She retired early in December 2023. Shearer holds a degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Shearer's life and career have taken her across the country, including time in Texas and Colorado, before she and her husband, DuWayne, relocated to North Carolina in September 2024.
Married for over eight years, the couple share their home with five Labradors: Gracie, Zeke, Obi, Bear and Luke. Shearer is also an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking and exploring mountain trails during the spring and summer months. Beyond her professional qualifications, Shearer is guided by her faith, which she credits as a driving force in her life.
Her favorite Bible verses, Colossians 3:23 and 1 Corinthians 14:40, reflect her dedication to excellence, service, and order in all that she does.
