Trisha Goddard has shared that while on ITV's Celebrity Big Brother, she will be undergoing cancer treatment.

The 67-year-old is joining the likes of Hollywood star Mickey Rourke and EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer in the latest addition to the ITV series. Trisha was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and was later given the all-clear. However, in 2022, the cancer returned as stage 4 breast cancer, as Trisha shared this time it's "not going away.

But she has changed her mind and wants to give the ITV show a go, sharing she wants to show "how you can live successfully with cancer and not be so scared of dying that you become scared of living". Working with the production team behind Celebrity Big Brother, Trisha and ITV have timed her stay in the house so she can complete treatments without disruptions, according to the Metro .
