The ceremony was graced by personalities like Padamashree S.P Verma, I.D Soni, Major General Sunita Kapoor, Dr.



Madhu Singh, Dinesh Gupta, Raman Gupta, Joginder Kour, Neena Sharma, Robin Gill and others. The programme commenced with the keynote address by Padamashree Dr. S.

P Verma while Sumi Sahi, vice president enlightened the gathering with Didi’s life journey and sacrifices. The ceremony included felicitation of outstanding women achievers from Jammu including Dr. Renu Gupta, chairperson MIER Group institutions; Preeti Choudhary, Namrata Hakhoo, Karuna Bajaj and Renu Anthony, who have made significant contributions in various fields.

In their address I.D Soni and Major General Sunita emphasized the relevance of Didi’s teachings in today’s world. Dr.

Alka Sharma, president GGF Women Wing Jammu reaffirmed Wing’s commitment to continue Didi’s work through various initiatives. The felicitation ceremony concluded with a pledge by all present on the occasion to uphold the values of non-violence and service to humanity. The programme was conducted by Punit Kour.
