Storm Darragh has caused disruption after a tree blocked a Suffolk railway route. Earlier today all railway lines were blocked between Lakenheath and Shippea Hill after a tree came down. At 10.

15am replacement buses were brought in for people making their way to Ely or Thetford. At 10.25am alternative routes were made available - passengers travelling from Cambridge to Norwich (in both directions) may now travel via London Liverpool Street at no extra cost.

Also there are rail replacement buses between Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, for a train to Stowmarket and Norwich. This comes after the Met Office's yellow warning for strong winds and rain was extended until 6pm tonight because of Storm Darragh..
