TOMMY Barrett's Treaty Utd complete their SSE Airtricity League First Division season this Friday night with a trip up the west coast to play Finn Harps. The Friday, October 18 fixture in Ballybofey has a 7.45 kick-off.

The Limerick senior soccer club will look to at least match the result of Cobh Ramblers to ensure a seventh place finish in the 10-team league. Finn Harps lost 3-1 to Wexford on Monday night to end their play-off hopes. Treaty travel to Donegal on the back of last Friday's 2-2 draw with UCD.

That result saw Treaty extend their unbeaten run to four games. In the final home game of the season at the Markets Field, Yoyo Mahdy initially opened the scoring before two goals gave the Dublin visitors an advantage. However, Evan O’Connor’s late strike salvaged a point for the hosts in what was their 150th competitive game.

Treaty took the lead in the fourth minute. The hosts were awarded a penalty after Adam Wells was adjudged to have blocked Lee Devitt’s shot with his hand. Mahdy converted the spot kick for his fifth goal of the season.

It remained 1-0 to the home side at the break. The students restored parity three minutes after the restart - Stephen Mohan found the net with a first-time shot. Treaty 'keeper Corey Chambers maintained parity on the hour mark when he tipped a Hugh Parker header over the crossbar.

UCD took the lead nine minutes later as Adam Brennen fired low to the bottom corner from the edge of the box. Treaty’s reinforcements off the bench made an impact as they got back level 12 minutes from time. Niall Holohan deflected Thomas Considine’s left-wing cross towards Evan O’Connor who fired home from six yards out.
