TREATY United's Katie Lawlee has been nominated for the 2024 SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division Young Player of the Year award after her fantastic display's for her side throughout the season. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday, December 3rd ahead of the UEFA EURO 2025 Qualifying Play-Off Second Leg between Ireland and Cymru. Lawlee is nominated alongside Katie Keane (Athlone Town), Aoibhe Brenan (Bohmians), Niamh Cotter (Cork City), Kate Thompson (Galway Unites) and Ellen Dolan (Peamount United).

Katie played her football with Balingarry AFC before joining Treaty's Women's U17 team in 2022 and made her senior debut in 2023. The Limerick woman is an underage International and captained the Republic of Ireland U17 side, leading them to promotion to the UEFA Group A league. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday, December 3rd ahead of the UEFA EURO 2025 Qualifying Play-Off Second Leg between Ireland and Wales.
