Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons is questionable for Sunday’s 3 p.m. game against the Toronto Raptors at the Moda Center.
Simons was added to the team’s latest injury report with soreness in his right hand. Center Robert Williams III (left knee sprain) is questionable. He missed 11 games before returning for Wednesday night’s overtime loss to the New York Knicks but did not play.
Jerami Grant (right knee tendinitis) is doubtful. He did not practice on Friday. Jabari Walker (concussion protocol) is out after suffering a concussion against the Knicks .
