Traffic signals not working at busy Belfast junction

Motorists are being advised that the traffic signals at Shaftesbury Square in Belfast city centre are not working due to a cable fault. Traffic signal engineers are working to fix the fault. While the signals are not working, road users are advised to slow down and approach the busy junction with care.
