Motorists are being advised that the traffic signals at Shaftesbury Square in Belfast city centre are not working due to a cable fault. Traffic signal engineers are working to fix the fault. While the signals are not working, road users are advised to slow down and approach the busy junction with care.
They are being asked to be prepared to stop and give way if needed. The Department for Infrastructure has said it is likely to be an issue throughout the Monday morning peak period..
