A townhouse with a red telephone box in its front garden has been sold. The property in Roundhill Crescent, one of Brighton's most sought-after roads, was recently sold by Paul Bott and Company, with offers in excess of £800,000 invited. It has not been stated how much the property sold for.

The three-storey period townhouse has four bedrooms and is described as having "beautiful original features", a large loft with ability to extend and an outhouse "perfect for a home office". The listing described the property as "rarely available". "Found on one of the more popular streets in central Brighton, this property has a feel of grandeur from the outset", the advertisement reads," it states.
