Lauren Goodger has disclosed her plans to revisit the operating theatre – a decade after boosting her bust size. The former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) personality is set to go back under the surgeon's knife for implant removal, reconstruction, and uplift scheduled for early next year. At 38, the solo parent aims to adopt a more natural aesthetic as part of her quest to "grow old gracefully" and potentially find her perfect partner.
"I don't want any silicone in my body – I don't want anything fake," she confessed to OK! . "I want my boobs natural. It's not healthy to have these big plastic things sitting on top of your lungs.
I struggle to breathe properly and I'm always out of breath – because of my boobs. I can't get any bras or dresses that fit me. They're absolutely massive.
" Looking back on her cosmetic journey, Lauren, who upsized from a 34D to an E cup in 2014, expresses regret – particularly post-motherhood. "When you get stuff done when you're younger it's great," she recalled. "I looked great, felt great and had a really good time with them.
Now, I'm older, I've had two kids, I've breastfed, they don't look like what they used to look like. They've dropped, they're absolutely massive and they make me look bigger. If I got rid of them, I'd probably look half the size.
" The Essex girl, mum to toddler Larose, three, and Lorena, who heartbreakingly passed away just after being born last year, deeply regrets the Brazilian Butt Lift she underwent in Turkey in 2017. Speaking candidly about her experiences, she issued a heartfelt plea to the younger generation, including her own daughter, hoping they would value health over vanity. "I've got a daughter and because I've done it, she won't be doing it," Lauren said.
"I don't want her to change anything – hair colour or anything. I haven't had fillers in over two years – I have Botox three times a year. I don't drink, have caffeine, smoke, vape – nothing.
I just want to be healthier and happier." She is undergoing a breast reduction with a top UK Oncoplastic Breast and Endocrine surgeon known for reconstructing surgery on cancer survivors and has been supported by close friend Junaid Ahmed during the consultation. Lauren faces a tough recovery period of not being able to drive or lift, challenging for an active single mum.
She divulged details about the procedure: "I've got to get my nipples taken off, cut and put back on," adding that despite her fears, she's looking forward to gaining more confidence and getting clothes that fit. In an interesting twist, Lauren hopes shrinking her figure might also boost her OnlyFans presence. "I can still do sexy pictures and I will look better," she asserted.
"I've been slacking - I need to get back on there and do some more content. It's a really good way to earn money. When I first started, I made an absolute fortune – about £30k a month.
Then I stopped it, because I fell pregnant. Now I pop on and off. I do a bit of boobs out and in underwear.
" She's eyeing alternative income streams, too! "I want to sell my breast implants, but the surgeon told me I can’t do that.” The celeb, who's been flying solo since her break up with builder beau Charles Drury two years back, is optimistic that her physical revamp will help her confidence to find a boyfriend. "If I was to sleep with someone now, I'd have to keep a bra on," she confessed.
"That's probably why I've not been with anyone. I don't want anyone to see me like this. I don't feel like I'm in my own body at the minute.
" Her love life has hit a dry spell as well. "I haven't slept with anyone in over a year. I will again one day, but right now, I'm not in the mood.
" Lauren Goodger has weathered tough times, including heartbreaking loss, but she's setting sights on a brighter 2025. "It's a new year and it's going to be a good year for Goodger," she said..
