Tourmaline closes Crew acquisition, sells royalty interest to Topaz Energy in C$278M deal

ImagineGolf/E+ via Getty Images Tourmaline Oil ( OTCPK:TRMLF ) said Tuesday it closed its previously announced C$1.4B acquisition of Crew Energy ( OTCQB:CWEGF ), and agreed to sell a gross overriding royalty interest to Topaz Energy ( OTCPK:TPZEF ) on the recently acquired Crew.
