5 lakh For College Students - Hunter 350, Gixxer SF, Ronin Best-Selling Compact SUV: Hyundai Creta The Hyundai Creta tops the charts with 15,902 unit sales for September 2024. This is a bump from last year when Hyundai sold 12,717 units of this SUV. This increase in sales can be attributed to the Creta's recent facelift.
Prices for the Hyundai Creta start from Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 20.29 (ex-showroom).
Best-Selling Compact SUV: Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara takes the second spot with 10,267 unit sales for September 2024. This is a slight dip from last year when Maruti clocked 11,736 unit sales for this compact SUV. The Grand Vitara retails in India at a starting price of Rs 10.
99 lakh (ex-showroom). Its prices go up to Rs 19.93 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec trim.
Best-Selling Compact SUV: Kia Seltos Hyundai Creta's platform sibling, the Kia Seltos, takes the third spot. In September 2024, Kia sold 6,959 Seltos, a significant dip of 3,599 units compared to the same month last year, when 10,558 Seltos rolled off Kia dealerships. Prices for the Kia Seltos range between Rs 10.

Toyota sold 5,385 units of the Hyryder in India during September 2024, an increase of 41.56% over the same month last year, when 3,804 units of this compact SUV were sold. The Urban Cruiser Hyryder prices start from Rs 11.
14 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec trim. Best-Selling Compact SUV: Tata Curvv The recently launched Tata Curvv has become India's fifth best-selling compact SUV.
For September 2024, Tata Motors sold 4,763 units of the SUV-Coupe in India. These numbers also include the sales of Curvv's electric variant. The Tata Curvv retails in India at a starting price of Rs 9.

In September 2024, Honda sold 1,960 units of the Elevate, a massive dip of 65.52% compared to the 5,685 units sold in the same month last year. Prices for the Honda Elevate start from Rs 11.

39 lakh (ex-showroom). Best-Selling Compact SUV: MG Astor The Astor has been gathering consistent sales for MG in India. 760 units of the Astor were sold in India in September 2024.
Last year, this figure stood at 901 units for the same period. Prices for the MG Astor start from Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 18.
