A bunch of celebs came together this week to support SeriousFun Children’s Network, an organization that was founded by the late Paul Newman . Tom Hanks , Paul Rudd , and Ayo Edebiri were among the stars who walked the red carpet at “A Night of SeriousFun” Gala on Monday (April 7) in New York City. More celebs who attended included Adam Driver , Darren Criss , Matthew Broderick , Peter Gallagher , and Broadway stars Ali Stroker and NaTasha Yvette Williams .
The event was held in honor of what would have been Paul Newman ‘s 100th birthday year. His daughter Clea Newman welcomed the audience by saying, “To Dad, changing the lives of kids with serious medical conditions was more than a vision, it was a mission. He would be so proud.
” SeriousFun Children’s Network was founded in 1988 by Paul Newman to create camps for kids with serious illnesses and give them a chance to just be kids, free of cost. The global community has grown to 30 camps and programs serving children with serious illnesses and their families..
