Tito Jackson dead: King of Pop's brother sadly dies aged 70 from 'heart attack'

Tito Jackson, the King of Pop's older brother has sadly died.

Tito Jackson has died aged 70, it has been learned. Steve Manning, a longtime friend of the Jackson family and former manager confirmed the news to Entertainment Tonight. The official cause of death has not yet been confirmed, but Manning believes that Tito suffered a heart attack.

This comes as Tito spoke out about this late brother Michael Jackson last month. Tito Jackson posted just four days ago on his Instagram as he visited a Michael Jackson memorial in Munich.



He penned: "Before our show in Munich, my brothers Jackie, Marlon, and I, visited the beautiful memorial dedicated to our beloved brother, Michael Jackson. "We're deeply grateful for this special place that honors not only his memory but also our shared legacy. Thank you for keeping his spirit alive.

While Tito was most well known for being in The Jackson 5, he embarked on a solo career as a blues musician in 2003. He released two albums over the past ten years, Tito Time in 2016 and Under Your Spell in 2021. Tito leaves behind three children, Taj, Taryll and TJ, and nine grandchildren.
