President Bola Tinubu has approved the new Harmonized Terms and Conditions of Service (HTACOS) for officers and enlisted personnel in the Nigerian Armed Forces. The approval, disclosed by Dada Olusegun, the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, signifies a significant step towards improving the welfare of soldiers, ratings, and airmen nationwide.
