‘Time Bandits’ Canceled After One Season at Apple TV+

“ Time Bandits ” has been canceled by Apple TV+ after one season, Variety has confirmed. The series, starring Lisa Kudrow, follows a group of thieves who hop across time and space to plunder riches. Jemaine Clement, Iain Morris and Taika Waititi created the series adaptation of Terry Gilliam’s beloved 1981 fantasy feature.

Tadhg Murphy, Roger Jean Nsengiyumva, Rune Temte, Charlyne Yi, Rachel House, Kiera Thompson, James Dryden, Felicity Ward, Francesca Mills and Imaan Hadchiti round out the cast. Waititi and Clement also guest star. More to come.
