Three big names have moved into a £35m industrial estate in Coventry . It has been revealed that the huge Holbrooks Park has welcomed some new tenants. The three new occupiers are fruit and vegetable supplier, Freshest Greengrocers, leading audio visual solutions provider, GVAV, and mobility aids shop, CareCo, which has taken two units at the development, which used to play home to the Meggitt aerospace factory.

Bosses have said that two further units are currently under offer, adding there is 'strong interest' being shown by other potential occupiers. Holbrook Park is owned by a joint venture between developer Chancerygate and specialist sustainable and impact investor Bridges Fund Management.
