This rare bird has been spotted in Windsor-Essex

The crested caracara is an extremely rare bird, usually found in the southern United States, Mexico and South America. But this week, it was spotted in Essex County, just the fifth time it's been seen in Canada. It has the birding community flocking to the areas to catch a glimpse.
