In his latest tirade over big tech (and media) that doesn’t ‘rightfully’ align with his conservative centrist agenda, Elon Musk took a dig at Satya Nadella-led Microsoft and Sundar Pichai-led Google. The Tesla boss tweeted on X that Google and Microsoft disproportionately donate to the Democratic Party, citing an infographic shared by a propaganda account. The infographic chart was prepared by Quiver Quantitative, showing top donors to both Republicans and Democrats.

While Google, Apple, and Microsoft appeared on the Democrat donor lists, the Bill Gates company featured on the Republican donor list as well. Musk alleged that both the aforementioned tech giants collectively control nearly 100% of the web browsers and search. The billionaire further accused that Even with the best of intentions, Google and Microsoft can’t help but introduce bias.

” Google & Microsoft very disproportionately donate to the Democratic Party. Between them, they control close to 100% of web browsers and search. Even with the best of intentions, they can’t help but introduce bias.

One user asked the SpaceX founder to check the fine prints on the infographic, showing that it was not the companies but rather their employees that donated to political parties.

Speaking of alleged inherent bias on web browsers, netizens quipped how X is biased too but in general, web browsers don't function that way. One user asked if he didn’t like competitors for his upcoming search engine by Xcorp. Elon Musk 45 million to the republicans .
