Louisiana public schools improved their state ratings for a third straight year, based on new data released this week by the state.

The state saw a 1.7 point increase in the statewide school performance score to 80.



2. It's the highest score under the current accountability system, which was adopted in 2018. Louisiana released the latest school and district performance scores on Wednesday.
