The Battle Rounds are beginning TONIGHT (October 21) on the NBC singing competition series The Voice ‘s 26th season and we have all the details on the contestants you’ll see. The four coaches – Michael Buble , Gwen Stefani , Reba McEntire , and Snoop Dogg – each have 14 artists on their teams heading into the Battle Round. During the Battles, the coaches will pit two artists from their team against each other and then select one to move forward to the Knockout Round.
Each coach will also have the opportunity to steal two artists who were eliminated during their battle. If multiple coaches try to steal an artist, the artist will be given the chance to choose which coach’s team they will join. At the end of the round, there will be 36 artists remaining with 9 on each team: 7 battle winners and 2 stolen from another coach.
