ARLINGTON, Texas — It's raining metal at AT&T Stadium. Before the Dallas Cowboys Monday Night Football match against the Houston Texans, a piece of metal fell from the stadium's roof while it was in the process of opening, a spokesperson with the Dallas Cowboys confirmed. After the piece fell, the organization closed the roof.

According to the Cowboys spokesperson, there were no injuries, and the Cowboys organization is evaluating the cause, and a decision about the team's ability to re-open the roof safely will be made when possible. Footage from WFAA's Mike Leslie showed members of the Dallas Cowboys front office evaluating the roof from the field. WFAA crews at AT&T Stadium reported another loose piece of metal hanging from the rafters.

Right now, it's unclear if the Cowboys will be able to start the game with the additional piece looming above..
