Reed fined by the NFL for an action committed against the Cardinals Reed was fined $11,255.00 by the NFL for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" due to taunting in the second quarter of the game. While I personally am not a fan of the league cracking down on taunting, it is a known process to the players at this point.

And while the game wasn't out of hand at the time of the taunting, you never want to get caught taunting in a game where you end up being blown out like the Jets did in Week 10 by a score of 31 to six. The NFL handed out 27 fines this week, four of which were for taunting. Reed's $11,255.

00 was tied for the most expensive fine handed out for taunting from Week 10. Up next, the Jets are hosting the Indianapolis Colts , which will be a battle of teams trying to get their seasons back on the right track before it is too late. The argument could certainly be made that whichever team loses the matchup will begin the process of shifting their focus to the offseason instead of the AFC playoffs.
