The sanctuary in our church has a "Lighted Cross." When lit the cross shows a mingling of colors and hues. That cross is a perfect example of who Christ is.
With outstretched arms he welcomes all shades, hues, tints and colors, regardless of defects, imperfections or shortcomings. Once, the same could be said of America. America welcomed people regardless of national origin, creed or color.
However, under the leadership of "big bad MAGA," America’s welcome mat has not only been rolled up, but it has been stored away. MAGA is telling the “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” that the air in America is no longer available to their lungs. MAGA, can you look in the eyes of the people of America and truthfully tell them that they are better off today than they were four months ago? MAGA, you can be sure of this, "the GRACE you fail to extend to others, you will one day need for yourself.
