Thankfully, a member of the Mrs Hinch Army Cleaning Tips group on Facebook has revealed a smart hack. Adrianna Griffin has let everyone in on a little secret that might be just what you need for tackling those pesky stains on your air fryer: dishwasher tablets. These neat little cleaners aren't only perfect for getting your crockery gleaming they're also surprisingly effective for sprucing up various other household surfaces and appliances, air fryers included.

Her method? "Just a five-minute soak with boiling hot water, a rinse and wipe and the job was done. The grease had just melted away.

" Adrianna also mentioned: "I don't even have a dishwasher, but picked these up very cheap and thought they could be used for some cleaning hacks I've seen on this page." The blend of enzymes, alkalis, and surfactants in these tablets is excellent for tackling grease stains, food marks, and even unpleasant smells. These ingredients are not only great for dishwashing but can also be used to combat grease, food, and odours elsewhere.
