Now, the campus is up for sale . A listing by commercial real estate firm CBRE seeks offers for the college’s more than 20 classroom, dining, office and residence buildings, and athletic facilities including a large turf field and tennis courts.
No price is listed, but Cayuga County assesses the campus at $8.5 million.
